Nursing Assistants Take State Test

This item was filed under [ MTS Career Academics, News ]

Thursday night 100% of the nursing assistant students passed their written state test.  Seventy-five percent passed the skills test.  Passing both parts puts these nursing assistant students on the state registry of nursing assistants and allows them to be hired for a nursing assistant job.  MTS-HCA-Logo

We are proud of this real world accomplishment of our students. Nursing assistant is a semester-long of the programs of MTS’s Health Care Academy.  Most of these students will continue into Trained Medical Aide (TMA) class at the American Indian OIC.  Students earn these industry certifications while also earning high school credit at MTS.
