On July 23rd, four MTS Leadership/JROTC Cadets took first place honors for the JROTC Color Guard competition during the American Legion’s Department of Minnesota Annual State Convention and Parade. The Cadets representing MTS were as follows: Symone L. Randle, Tierra L. Booker-Jackson, Hector Llamas and Kendrick A. Moore. The Cadets marched in full dress uniform carrying the American Flag and the MTS Colors. Our Cadets did an outstanding job representing the school and the Leadership/JROTC Academy. They were highly commended by all the participants as well as the leadership from the American Legion and were awarded a trophy at the end of the parade.
