You are invited to our Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 26th, 2017 at 5 pm at MTCS and MTS Secondary. The meeting is a great way to connect and celebrate with our community. You will also receive updates what is happening in our K-12 academic community and have the chance to vote in our Board of Directors election.
Eligible voters (MTCS parent/guardian, staff member and/or Board member) are allowed to either vote in person at the Annual Meeting or submit a mail-in ballot.
One ballot can be turned in for each eligible voter either in-person at the Annual Meeting or by submitting a mail ballot. Seven candidate biographies, ballots and instructions are located on mtcs.org (Board of Directors page). Be sure to follow the directions carefully to ensure your vote is valid.
