Lady Wolves grab an exciting victory Thursday night (April 26) playing North Lakes Academy. The Wolves may have broken several records last night for not only one of the longest games, but for combined total score. The lady’s won 22-21 in walk off fashion in the bottom of the 7th inning with the game winning run scored by Dontrayia Cole. Way to go, MTS!

If you’ve never been over to MTS Elementary School, the first thing you might notice, is, well, RED! Red shirts,that is.
MTS Elementary turned to uniforms for the 2011/2012 school year and it’s been a great success. Uniforms have really built a sense of community and school spirit.
MTS Math teacher, Katie Jansen caught the look of some of her 7th and 8th grade math students faces while teaching negative and positive numbers – “they weren’t getting it!” She got a great idea. Something new. Something innovative. She called a musical friend with her idea for a song, a rap song and he helped her put her words to music. A Negative Number Rap: Don’t Be Negative!
