1st place – Ms. Scheile’s 3rd grade class with 141 items

2nd place – Mrs .Dittrich’s eighth grade homeroom with 124 items

3rd place – Ms. Bloch’s 4th grade class with 99 items. Great job students!

Cadets will participate in a variety of sporting events to include flag football, soccer, kick ball, relay race, basketball, volleyball, and dodge ball and will be competing for the coveted Busted Ball Traveling Trophy against other Army, Navy, Marine and Air Force JROTC Programs from across the Twin Cities. You can get a real, hands-on chance to create the music you and your friends actually want to listen to. Plus, it’s free — and you’ll earn school credit, too. Come out this Saturday from 11am to 3pm at Minnesota Transitions School’s Fun Fest, in front of the Lake Street and Minnehaha Target. You’ll get to sign up for studio time next week. The 24 students, employed through the City of Minneapolis Step-Up program, worked at various sites within the MTS school system and had a variety of tasks and job duties. There were four separate crews of six workers (Classroom Aides, Sports Academy, Music/Video and Web/Graphic Design) within the MTS program.
