The spirit of nature and Native American practice and culture was at the heart of many of the activities. Students did things like\u00a0<em>paddling a canoe\u00a0<\/em>across the gym floor, which involved feet pulling bodies along, arms paddling to the side of their bodies, tossing rings over cones, wearing cones on their backs like a turtle shell, chasing each other around the gym\u2014some students as lizards with a cloth tail the other students whose work was to get their tails, and other activities.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;width:100%;\"><\/div>\n<p>Dr. Dan used a loon call whistle to bring students back together. Students not only experienced a bit of Native American culture, but got to move their bodies and enjoy time together.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column
