That\u2019s what happened at a recent MTS Class of 2016 teambuilding orientation.<\/p>\n<p>Guiding a fellow student with their eyes closed cross a \u201cmine field,\u201d (or were they colorful plastic eggs taped on the floor?) finding out what you had in common and shared, as you moved to the center of the room if a statement was true for you. And powerfully, sharing challenges students faced, with fellow classmates and staff &#8212; all helped create space where students could come up with important goals for their futures.<\/p>\n<p>Not that creating these goals is easy. Staff and students shared important ideas in the setting of goals and succeeding in High School.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MTS Class of 2016 sets some goals!
