Good morning MTS Secondary Community,<\/p>\n

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday and a short school week, we are experiencing a staffing shortage for Monday and Tuesday, November 22 and 23. With the nationwide substitute teacher shortage, we have been unable to cover open positions all school year. For the safety of all members of the MTS Secondary community, we will shift to distance learning for November 22 and 23<\/strong>. All students will receive online instruction during this time. We will return to in person learning on November 29, following the Thanksgiving break.<\/p>\n

Student meals will be available for pick up at MTS Secondary from 9:00-12:00 on Monday and Tuesday.<\/p>\n

We understand the hardship this places on your family. This is not a decision that is made lightly. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and strain this causes to your normal routine. We look forward to welcoming all of our students back to campus on November 29th.<\/p>\n

A medida que nos acercamos al Dia de Acci\u00f3n de Gracias y una semana escolar corta, estamos experimentando una escasez de personal para el lunes y martes 22 y 23 de noviembre. Con la escasez de maestros sustitutos en todo el pa\u00eds, no hemos podido cubrir los puestos vacantes durante todo el a\u00f1o escolar. Para la seguridad de todos los miembros de la comunidad secundaria de MTS, cambiaremos al aprendizaje a distancia el 22 y 23 de noviembre<\/strong>.
