MTS Charter School is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization with a vibrant K-12 learning community committed to knowing and giving students what they need for success in school, work and life! We do this by keeping classes small and offering lots of options (in school and online) so we can get to know you and what you need to succeed.

The Finance Committee of the MTCS School Board will be meeting 5 pm on the Tuesday prior to each month ‘s board meeting. The basic agenda will be:

    (For identification purposes. Expected attendance should include BKDA and, when requested the Superintendent. This committee is providing a recommendation to the full board of directors. Other board members may be present at this meeting, be recognized by the director of the Finance Committee, but will not have voting privileges to recommend.)

  4. Tabled Items from Previous Meetings
  5. Approval of Agenda
  6. Finance Report
    (Upon review of the Finance Report, a motion will be entertained to recommend to the governing board to accept this month’s financial report)

    (Upon review of new business, a motion will be entertained to recommend to the governing board to accept items discussed in new business or table to future meeting. This would include budgets, contracts, etc.)

Mutual Management Company is a non-profit corporation governed by a five (5) member board of directors. It manages over 240 Section 8 and Section 42 homes, 26 of which are part of the government Housing Development Action Program (HODAG). The company also manages market rate housing, some in rent to ownership program, four childcare homes and 6 commercial buildings. We also provide grounds care and services to over 140 buildings for 2 neighborhood associations in the Cedar Riverside area.
