Minnesota Transitions Charter School (MTCS) is a vibrant K-12 learning community with a great team of educators dedicated to our students. As a large charter district, MTCS offers great benefits and opportunities for professional growth. MTCS is a tuition-free public charter school with in-school and online programs. We are always looking for outstanding, qualified, licensed classroom teachers for our Elementary Schools, High School and online programs. In addition, we look for people are are licensed in Special Education, and for support staff.

Minnesota Transitions Charter School offers a variety of vocational opportunities to secondary students through the Career Development & Work Experience Departments. Admission in the specific vocational courses is determined by grade level, and in some cases, completion of prerequisite courses.
