At Banaadir Academy, we love to celebrate good citizenship and academic success. Each week, staff members are on the lookout for students who are modeling good behavior and who making academic leaps. When such an even occurs (and they do often), the students are given a “Caught in the Act” slip and are entered into a weekly drawing to participate in extra Friday fun.
Some highlights from this week:
- Hassan increased his reading rate to 83 wpm.
- Abdi modeled excellent respectful hallway behavior.
