Everyone has difficult times and none of us are alone.  You matter.  It really helps to stay connected to each other, both for yourself and other people.  It also matters to take care of and help yourself.  

  • What are things that make you feel strong and healthy?  
  • Who are people you can be around that encourage the best in you?  
  • Who really understands what you are going through?  Can you talk to them?
  • What can you do right now that will help you feel less isolated?

We all experience tough days or even weeks because of all kinds of things, and that means sometimes we experience mental health struggles.  Stress and pressure is real.  Pay attention to stress and struggles, and don’t be afraid to reach out for help for yourself or someone you care about.
