Recovery Pledge

As a student of P.E.A.S.E. Academy, I will:

Hold myself and others accountable
Participate in support groups in school and out of school
Maintain 95% attendance rate
Earn at least enough credit to be making adequate progress towards graduation
Make healthy choices that support my recovery and the recovery of those around me
Respect myself and others in body, mind, and spirit
Immediately inform my school, sponsor, parents and probation officer if I relapse
Immediately inform school if another student relapses
Voluntarily withdraw from P.E.A.S.E. Academy if I do not adhere to the principles in this agreement
