During Native American History Month, students at MTS Elementary and around the MTCS District, enjoyed the rich expression of the Hoka Hey Drum Group who performed for them and shared indigenous culture and history through dancing and drumming. It is wonderful for students to have the chance to participate in and learn about the rich, native culture all around us. It is a very moving experience.
