September is National Recovery month, and at P.E.A.S.E. Academy with our focus on youth in recovery, we know that every month, every day, every minute is the right time to focus on recovery.

As the nation’s oldest recovery high school, P.E.A.S.E. is dedicated to being a safe, encouraging place for Minnesota high school students to get a great education while tackling addiction and recovery.  Having a place like P.E.A.S.E. can make all the difference to student success, by not only providing critical support resources, but also being a new environment where the student’s peers are not only facing the same issues, but they are also away from peer influences that may have played into their addiction.

P.E.A.S.E. is a place where healing can take place.

It can be hard to identify when a student you know needs your help.  We’ve put together this guide for some ideas about how to support a young person who may be struggling with addiction.
