Back to school! What an exciting week around the MTCS District—staff and students getting to know each other and exploring what is possible this new school year.
And a special thank you to MN Department of Education’s Deputy Commissioner, Stephanie Graff, for visiting MTS Secondary on the second day of school and letting us share some of our vision and plans for all the Minnesota Transitions Charter School programs. She not only toured the school, but had a chance to share with a few MTS Secondary students.
A special thank you to MTS Secondary art class for letting us visit, and student, Dwayne, for taking a moment to share his experience of MTS being a safe place that meets him where he is and gives him support and flexibility when he needs it.
