MTS Charter Schools Destination k-12

Minnesota Transitions Charter Schools (MTS) is a great place.

Patty Brostrom, our Superintendent, says this about the value of Charter schools: “They give parents and teachers more say in education.” At MTS that has led to a lot of exciting programs to meet the changing needs of students. We believe in our students – that, with the right options and opportunities, they can do anything. Kindergarten through grade twelve, we provide students with hands-on experiences, great education and a great community. Read more about how we started and what we believe. Minnesota Transitions Charter Schools

“I have been mentoring a student for 4+ years. She now attends MTCS and I must say, that the last time we met, she seemed very happy and confident - I really have noticed a very positive change in her attitude and demeanor since she has started attending your school.

She really appreciates the smaller class sizes and so many opportunities to interact with her classmates, teachers and staff. She is even participating in after school activities, something she had never done in the previous 4 years I'd known her.

I want to say thank you for the devoted work you do with youth in education & leadership.  In her former High School, I worried about her graduating, but now I have new hope that she will be a HS graduate because my impression is that she gets much more help here and the smaller classes are really contributing to this.”
