Greetings!
The Board of Directors would like to thank the individuals that attended our July meeting. Your feedback was invaluable to the process of updating our bylaws. This feedback was critical to helping the board shape the changes that were made.
August is when our “back to school” thoughts start creeping in. However for our many staff members who have been working diligently all summer it marks one of the final milestones before students will be back in the buildings. There are still many summer projects that are ongoing but we wanted to say thank you to all of the team that has been working hard all summer to accomplish the following (just to name a few!)
- The floors have been polish and Shampooed across the district (this requires that everything is moved then put back in place)
- MTS Secondary has had some wall repairs and spot painting
- New furniture for the Banaadir 5th and 6th grades has been assembled and placed in classrooms
- Spot painting at Banaadir Academy
- Creation of a reading nook space at MTS Elementary
- Minnesota Virtual moved out of St. Paul and to it’s beautiful new home in Roseville
The Board of Directors is excited to begin the 2022-2023 school year with our incredible staff and students. Each of you help create the community that we have and continue to grow.
