During Paraprofessional Recognition Week, we want to recognize the extraordinary effort and contributions paras make in MTCS classrooms and students’ lives, this and every week.
Paraprofessionals are an integral part of the classroom team. Their work helps students succeed, and entire classrooms run better. They provide one-to-one specialized support to students, work with an entire classroom to create stronger learning environments, and their dedication to students is part of how our schools meet each student’s unique needs and give students what they need to succeed.
Whether they are the ones saying ‘you can do this!’ or keeping students on track, doing one-to-one work with students … paraprofessionals make our classrooms inclusive and great!
