Greetings from the Board of Directors!

The Board of Directors is continuing to work hard on behalf of MTCS. This last month we wrapped up our Strategic Planning for MTCS as well as taking the first major steps in our Superintendent/Executive Director search. Thank you so much to those that took part in the Strategic Planning Committee! We had productive and informative meetings, the final draft will be presented to the Board for adoption soon.

The Board of Directors met on March 31st and made the decision to request 4 candidates to participate in interviews with the Board of Directors. We are anticipating 2 rounds of interviews for this process, however should the Board feel strongly that we have 1 standout candidate we may choose to forgo a second round.

The first round of interviews will be Tuesday April 12th and Thursday April 21st. There will be two interviews each night with the first beginning at 5pm, and the second at 7pm. Second round interviews are scheduled for Thursday April 28th. These interviews are open for the public to attend and listen. Each interview will also be broadcast as well via zoom. Our hope is to select our next leader by the end of April or in early May.
