Michael Durschlag, Director of P.E.A.S.E. Academy, was greeted with a warm message from a grateful father recently. “I just wanted to call and say thank you. I am feeling very grateful. Matt’s got five and a half years of sobriety and doing awesome in college and playing football. I just want to say thank you for everything that you did for him and our family—and to P.E.A.S.E. and the wonderful things you do there. I just really appreciate it.”
This kind of transformation is why P.E.A.S.E. exists—to support young people as they deal with substance abuse in high school—so they can be successful, graduate and continue on with their lives.
