Meet Elijah, an MTS Elementary 1st grader who is getting really good at Distance Learning.
Elijah’s teacher, Ms. Rabaey created a video on how to make apple ‘donuts’ for a fun Friday activity! The treats were apple rings, with peanut butter spread on top and raisins and they look delicious. The students’ work was to follow the instructions on the video and make their own healthy and delicious snack. From Elijah’s expression, I’d say he looks quite pleased with his Friday creation and he shared a photo of his work.
Though no one planned on MTS Elementary school being done from a distance, teachers and students are doing remarkably well learning and enjoying each other. Learning happens everywhere!
