It’s important for Minnesotans of all backgrounds to understand and appreciate Native Americans’ experiences and history. Understand Native Minnesota, is a campaign that launched in October 2019 to share information and resources to grow knowledge about Native American history.
The goal is to increase awareness and support for Native American issues and culture particularly in Minnesota schools.
